Canopy rent tracking not working!

Hi,
I've been using Canopy to track my rent for over a year. No issues until recently. For some reason I was unable to reconnect my bank account (I contacted Canopy and they said they'd pass it on to the tech dept but never heard from them after that).
I now check my Canopy account and June rent payment is showing as not tracked and then there is a note saying the missed rent has been passed onto credit reference agencies.
I paid my rent on time as normal, but Canopy didn't track it due to missing bank account connection.
What do I do now? Is my credit history ruined? I've emails Canopy support but no response yet.
I'm planning to buy a house soon and I was hoping to use my rent payments to boost my chances of getting a mortgage - won't happen now if my credit report will have a recent missed rent payment (and have very little other credit so this is going to have a big impact).
