Best Bank Account to switch to with a top Budgeting tool/tool app included

I am currently with Think money and have been for 15 years and have nothing against, them they budget all my money for me so I have a virtual bills account that I cannot access which takes into account all of my direct debits and standing orders each month and then what is left transfers over to my card for me to do what I like with so that you do not have to do a thing, but they charge £15.95 a month for this service which is just under £200 pa, does any one know if there are there any current accounts out there that  provide this service and or a free Budgeting tool that provides this service, but with out a monthly fee, ideally it would be nice to switch to one that offers £200 also as per Martins best current accounts HSBC or RBS/NatWest does anyone have one of these current accounts and do they offer this type of budgeting tool, as I do not want the stress of trying to keep a close eye on what I have left to spend etc. If If there is an account out there like this then, I could save myself nearly £200pa  with the Cost of living crisis all pennies help!  Please let me know and also if switching is easy or not?

Many Thanks

Lisa

I'm not aware of any bank account that offers what you already have without a charge. But there are plenty of alternative ways of achieving much the same thing. 40 years or so ago, I started doing something similar with pen, paper and a second current account. It's a little more laborious than having someone else do the work for you, of course, but then you don't have to pay them for their work.

Nowadays, I use AceMoney, though that's not free - it's about £40. That's a one-off charge, not a monthly subscription. There are other comparable money management programs that are free - MoneyManager EX comes to mind, as does MS Money.

Starling and Monzo with theirs pots spaces are the best banking apps for budgeting. I'm not sure if they do as much as you want but they are far better than the pathetic attempts from the old fashioned banks.

For switching bonuses I'd recommend having a secondary account that you swtch round all the banks to get the bonuses.
