SSE financial assistance payment still not in
Hello. My Auntie received a letter from SSE on 06/04/2023 saying she qualified for the financial assistance payment and she would receive £150 credit on her pay as you go meter.
For this she had to make sure that there was less than £100 in credit on her meter as the meter has a maximum of £250.
Since then she has left here meter at below £100, even below £50, and yet when she does top up, the is told there is no notification on the machine about the £150 financial assistance credit.
Has anyone else received a letter like this? If so what were the steps you took to get the £150?
Thank you for any help.
