Auto Aid have really gone downhill in terms of both their customer service and their operational response.
In previous years we ve been very happy with them.
We ve had dreadful experience getting our car transported to the destination we requested (6 days now and car still at the garage waiting to be moved) and promised calls from supervisors never materialise.
We definitely no longer recommend them

Hi Luto, sorry to hear that. Doesn't sound at all good. My own experience (over a few years) both callouts and general service remains good especially the free spouse bit on the policy. The premium has gone up a few times but so has everything it seems!0
