Please can anyone help? Do you recognise this organisation? I have payments from a 14digit number which end with F4SW. I can’t think where they’re from. Thanks Sarah

Scottish Widows perhaps?God save the King!
I'll save Winston Churchill, Jane Austen, J. M. W. Turner and Alan Turing.1 -
No idea, but what's the frequency and size of the payments?0

I’m unsure, although I’d recommend contacting your bank/building society just in-case and notify them you can’t identify these transactions. They might be able to tell you more information than it shows digitally, and if you are a victim of fraud, help you return the funds.0

Thank you all. I did contact the bank but they couldn’t tell me.oh well maybe I’ll have a light bulb moment and remember.0

Hi Sarah, did you ever work out what this payment was for? I had an unknown payment, with my name as the payee, on 31 July. The reference also ended F4SW. My bank has no idea where it came from. At over £600 it is odd that I don't have a clue.0

6 + 8 = 14. I don't suppose that it's possible that the number quoted is a sort code and account number, is it? It seems unlikely that they'd be quoted like that by the receiving bank, but it was the first thing that came to my mind.

I had this and it turned out to be Cynergy Bank. If you zero a easy access savings account which pays interest annually, they wait a month, then pay any interest out to your nominated bank account before closing it without actually telling you. However they do send out an email two days before to say that the account will be closed, which we ignored as the balance was zero. Hope this helps...
