Tension rod for large window sagging

I am after some advice the tension rod holding the net curtains in my bedroom is sagging. The sticky hooks I have been using to hold it in place came off and no longer stick due to hot weather. Pl can anybody offer some advice what other support I could use it’s upvc frame? No point using sticking hooks again as they will not hold. Are there other hooks I can use without having to drill. Not very good at diy, any drilling will have to get a handyman. Thanks

Might be what you have tried but I use these to keep my rods from sagging https://www.amazon.co.uk/Command-17067ES-Kitchen-Utensil-Adhesive/dp/B000FCCZEC/ref=asc_df_B000FCCZEC/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=214440742293&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3346708779155681954&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9046553&hvtargid=pla-314273808600&psc=12

Is the wall next to the window plasterboard?
If so then you can find a Phillips/cross head screwdriver the same width as a rawl plug (main body, not the head) and just push it through rather than drilling, then insert the rawl plug and a hook (something like https://www.diy.com/departments/diall-universal-grey-nylon-steel-vine-eye-with-wall-plug-l-40mm-dia-8mm-pack-of-2/1584974 ).No drilling required.1 -
A self tapping screw will provide support.1
