Thanks for all the helpful answers. I certainly do not mind paying £60 for an up to date EPC. None are coming up on a google search though. I can get the valuations and see if I want to market the property, if so get a new EPC.
I was searching on google for someone to do the EPC and found a site where you can check if a property has a valid EPC and apparently mine does and it expires in November 2023. I have lived here for over 8 years. I have not made any changes to the property. It was already double glazed and had a double layer of loft insulation. Am I able to download the certificate from somewhere?
Thank-you, I have printed a copy. My rating and score is/was 63D Wall Good Roof Very Good Window Good Main heating (storage heaters) Average Main Heating Control Poor Hot Water Average Lighting Very Good Floor (concrete floors) NA Secondary Heating NA
