I bought several items from this company & I have to say that their customer service is outstanding!!
My order was quite complicated & there were items coming direct from the suppliers. The supplier's courier company were quite difficult & trying to charge me money for getting a delivery time from them. AMP3's customer service managed to sort it out, get it delivered exactly when I want it & without an extra charge.
I also had a code for free headphones & they had run out but out of goodwill they sent me a very nice alternative.
Their communications were polite, very fast & I would recommend them to anyone.
(I've always wanted to post on here - they are the first company I've come across that were that good!)
