Owner vs Registered Keeper on Car Insurance
Hi,
If you buy a car on PCP are you the Owner or is the Finance Company the Owner when getting insurance quotes?
I know I would be the Registered Keeper and my details would be on the V5 but when I've tried to find out about the Owner using a Google search, the information given isn't clear !!
Thanks

Read the PCP contract, normally the finance company is the owner until such time as the balloon is paid.1
