• Competition opened at 12:00 (Midday) on 23.06.2023
• Competition closes at 12:00 (Midday) on 29.09.2023 and 3 working days later for postal entries

1) The prize comprises:

a) Travel allowance of £100 per person (£200 total);

b) Two (2) nights’ accommodation for 2 people at The Granary Barn, Woodfarm Barns, Suffolk (subject to availability);

c) 2 x tickets to the Bressingham Steam Museum, includes guided tour and footplate ride

2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3) The prize must be taken and completed within 12 months of the congratulations email from Element being sent. The prize can only be taken on weekends April through to October exclusively. The trip cannot be taken over Easter weekend (29 March 2024 to 31 March 2024). The prize and its components are subject to availability.

4) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the accommodation. Please note that either the prize winner or their companions will need a current and valid credit card in order to check into the accommodation for security deposit purposes.

5) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and their companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

6) The prize excludes transfers between the prize winner’s home and the train station of departure, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize. 

7) Bressingham day tickets include entry to the whole site (all museum buildings and Gardens) as well as a guided tour and footplate ride on select locomotives. Tickets are only valid on weekends from April through to October and will not be valid on Event days.

8) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

9) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

10) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

11) An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £200 and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACS transfer. Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the prize winner’s responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.
