Just some advice pls and short version. Purchase a Neff oven April 23 pickup by kitchen fitters a week or later and no brackets so contact sonic and after another week supply brackets. Week later oven fitted and and the grill trips electric. Oven works perfectly apart from grill. Contact sonic and told to contact neff. Contact neff oven already registered and only to find out they won't honour warranty since it turns out to be a 2018 model. Contact sonic and at first really good. Said got a replacement and will come and fit and collect faulty one. That's 4 week and after excuse after excuses now they are on radio silence. Any advice welcome pls

How did you pay for it, if credit card I would start looking at section 75.
If any other method then I would send a letter before action giving them 30 days to refund or replace per the consumer rights act, and then start a small claims court case through Money Claim Online (MCOL).

Hello OP
If they won't replace within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience then you can exercise the final right to reject for a full (as it's less than 6 months) refund.
Given they first fobbed you off to the manufacturer and are now dragging their heels I'd go for the refund and buy elsewhere, if you have these problems now what's it going to be like in a years time if something else goes wrong

Thanks for the replies. We are going to go down the section 75 route. Just a warning be aware of this company. Full of broken promises and lies0
