I have had a Barclaycard Visa for many years which I pay-off in full at the end of each month. However Barclaycard recently decided to reduce my credit limit to a fifth of what it was previously which is not enough for my mointhly spend, Have been in contact with Barclays head-office but they refuse to reconsider their decision to reduce said credit limit so looking for a new card supplier. In the past I have always found getting refunds via VISA to be much easier than Mastercard but I don't know if that is still the case.
Any suggestions for a reliable and easy to work with card supplier?

There's no difference between Visa and MasterCard when it comes to refunds, as its down to the card issuer.
Choose a card that has benefits you like and that you can get.1 -

Choose a card that has benefits you like and that you can get.Sending incorrect or faulty goods isn't a valid reason for a refund by the card provider.Only merchant's refusal to replace them or to refund you is.

Just signed up for an AMEX Platinum Cashback Everyday Credit Card. However I now find that they charge a fee for sending monthly statements in the post. I just assumed that all credit card companies did that for free but apparently not.
So question is which card companies (other than Barclaycard) provide monthly statements in the post for free?

Tesco bank credit card also seems to have the option. Nationwide seems to have the option to also go non-paperless as a slide toggle. There's no mention of charges on any of those - but I do think it'll be ineviteble that it'll happen.1

I get my statement the 21st, payment is due the 10th of the following month, paid within couple of days but still get the reminder on the off chance I get side tracked and forget.
As an alternative to a reliance on post and printers maybe look to have access to a laptop / Ipad where you can view the statements full screen and then pay from your bank using bill payment or set up direct debit for the full balance to come out of your account
