Getting a Refund, What to do after 14 days?

Hello,
I am expecting a refund on a PC that was faulty, they have excepted it was and said they would refund me. Chillblast are a reputable company in my eyes, but all I get is because of the amount it needs to be pushed up for authorisation. It will be 21 days this coming Monday since the PC was returned. Any help appreciated.

should have been 14 days max.
If paid via card do a Chargeback

If the return is because it is faulty then legally the time is 14 days max from when they have confirmed that it is faulty.
But since you seem to have passed that point I agree that Chargeback would be the way to go.0 -
After I remined them of the timescale they paid the same day. To be fair they had said payment was imminent, but then they said that the week before.0
