The chart-topping trio are taking over London’s Gunnersbury Park on Friday 11th August with an EPIC live show (buy tickets here) and not only have we got your chance to win VIP tickets for you and a mate, you’ll be the one to introduce Tulisa, Dappy and Fazer live on stage on the night! Imagine soaking up the cheers of thousands as one of music’s hottest acts around prepare to take to the stage live, with KISS.

We’ll select our THREE favourite entrants who will then be invited to show us their ‘introducing N-Dubz live on stage’ skills live on KISS with Tatum on Friday 30th June, for the chance to bag that EPIC VIP prize. TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “KISS Radio –N-DUBZ BIGGEST FAN COMPETITION – On-air – June 2023” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition. 

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

1.ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS	Online at https://planetradio.co.uk/kiss/ Online entry is free of charge. Entries are restricted to one entry per person.
2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	In order to be eligible to win, entrants must go online to https://planetradio.co.uk/kiss/ and tell us the following details:   Full name and contact details Their reason/story which they think makes them the UK’s biggest N-Dubz fan.  Entries will be judged on how entertaining, humorous, and how deserving the entry is. All entries will be judged by the KISS production team, the production manager, and an independent judge. We will be shortlisting entries from the open of the competition on the 23/06/2022 at 09.00 until the close of the competition online entry period on 30/06/2023 at 09:00 On shortlisting, we may contact entrants to coherently explain their entry. The entry must be entertaining, humorous, and deserving and match the entry that was entered online. On being called during the entry period does not mean that the entrant has been shortlisted or won. On closing of the competition, three online entrants who fulfil the requirements will be selected as finalists. Finalists must be contactable by phone on Friday 30th June between 11am – 4pm. During this time finalists will be called by the production team and will be required to discuss their entry on-air along with demonstrating how they would introduce N-Dubz onto the stage if they were to win, as directed by the on-air presenter. Should a selected entrant not be contactable or able to discuss their entry on air and provide an example of how they would introduce N-Dubz on stage, an alternative entrant will be selected. The winner of the competition will be the person who judges decide did the best demonstration of introducing N-Dubz on stage as directed by the on air presenter. The judges are the on air presenter, KISS Production team and an independent judge. The 2 finalists who are not chosen as the winner will win a runner up prize as detailed in section 5.
3. ENTRY PERIOD	Start Date and End Date. Online entry: from 23/06/2023 at 09.00 (Start Date) to 30/06/2023 at 09:00 (End Date). Entries received before the Start Date/Time or after the End Date/ Time will be invalid. The on-air competition will take place on Friday 30th June during Tatum on KISS (1PM - 4PM). The winner will be selected and announced during this show.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. Entrants must be 18 years or over on the date of entry Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Specific Terms. If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. 5. THE PRIZE	There will be one winner of this competition and two runners up. The following prizes will be awarded… Winner Prize Package 2 VIP tickets to Festival Republic Presents N-Dubz at Gunnersbury Park, London on Friday 11th August 2023 (4pm – 10.30pm*) *Show times are subject to change. The winner will also be invited on stage at the event to introduce N-Dubz at the start of their set. This prize is provided by MBC. Runner-up Prize Package 2 general admission tickets to Festival Republic Presents N-Dubz at Gunnersbury Park, London on Friday 11th August 2023 (4pm – 10.30pm*) *Show times are subject to change.   Additional Ticket Terms: Anyone under age 16 must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18 years old. Please note that there is no separate children's area at this event. Bag Policy: These events are big-bag free. Only bags smaller than a sheet of A4 paper will be permitted. People without bags will get in quicker. Additional Terms and Conditions: Event attendees will need to comply with the terms and conditions of both the event organiser and venue.

 

OTHER CONDITIONS

1.       DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to a Prize Provider to arrange delivery of the prize.  Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 2.       INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

 

3.       MISCELLANEOUS.

• Entries which do not comply with these Specific Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Specific Terms.
• Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
• You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route.
• We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.
• Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition. You may be also disqualified from the competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.
• As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize. 

We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Specific Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
