Hi all,

Late posting from me as we are on a go-slow today after a late night. We enjoyed the retirement do and I saw some ex-colleagues from 20+ years ago, so a bit like a school reunion.

DH is just about to cut the grass. We stripped and washed our bedding, plus done another load of lights. All on the line drying now. Off to a friends' for a BBQ later - another messy/late night no doubt.

Glad things went okay yesterday @TravellingAbuela and I know what you mean about big gatherings. Even though I go with DH he always goes off and leaves me, so I feel your anxiety! I also don't much like big social events since Covid. Need to change my mindset I think.
