Return request for item send through Global Shipping Programme
It's the fact that buyers know that they can get a free return by falsely raising a SNAD claim even though its a change of mind. I have had buyers return perfectly working items before and marking it as SNAD just so they get the free return, and they know the refund is guaranteed. Yes, you can report such buyers to eBay, but this doesn't help your situation and nothing comes of it.
Having had several UK buyers do this, there's no way I would want to suffer the extra return shipping from abroad just because the buyer has changed their mind.

This is the part that would worry me but I honestly have no idea how fair Ebay are or aren't with sellers if you challenge a SNAD claim. The stories here seem to suggest that Ebay basically always side with the buyer but I have no idea how much is anecdote and how much is data.
