I've cross posted this with the Credit Card Forum as it's applicable to both types of card. Credit and Debit (Bank Card).
Some banks are ducking out of paying legitimate card fraud claims by ignoring guidance in their code of practice, Which? can reveal.
Financial Ombudsman Service spokesman David Cresswell said: ‘We’ve seen 2,700 card disputes this year, 29 per cent up on the previous 12 months. It’s a growing problem.’

TIp: You can reduce personal risk of being held liablie for alleged PIN misuse by opting for Chip & Signature Cards.
If you never use your Credit Cards for cashwithdrawals, it's a no brainer.
