water social tariff under Affinity Water (Colchester area)

I don't know if this will help you or not but I claim the social tariff with Anglian water, I pay £6 per month for everything.
On your affinity water website it's low income tariff is £115.10, so you should be paying around £10 per month.
I think you'd be better off calling them as I can't understand why you are paying £22.
