Had my email stating i had qualified for the amazon voucher this morning and clicked the link to enter my email address again. however no voucher has appeared yet and the email stated...."Once we receive your confirmation, we'll promptly send your Amazon voucher to the provided email address".

no idea what promptly means though

Did you ever get anywhere with this? I’m really frustrated because when I signed up to fluffy I did so through a link advising me that I would receive a £90 Amazon voucher within 90 days. I think it was through MSE but now I can’t find any old posts about and can’t for the life of me remember if it was on here or a comparison site. Needless to say I’ve not received any voucher either!
