Praise Easyjet holidays

Posts praising Easyjet are rare so I thought I'd do one (it's the holidays section though not just flight - if that makes a difference?)
Son and I supposed to go to Barcelona in June 2020 - obviously cancelled due to Covid. Easyjet offered vouchers or cash, took the vouchers and rebooked for 2021. Obviously that couldn't happen either so cashed vouchers in for full cost of holiday I'd paid for (this was all done online - options were there, straightforward and actioned quickly).
Booked for June this year, I'm recovering from surgery so 5 days before realised I couldn't safely travel so was able to transfer the entire holiday to my husband for the princely sum of £25. Didn't give them a sob story, just their normal terms and conditions. Normally book individual components but really glad for this break I'd booked as a whole holiday.
Didn't have to wait long on the phones and the staff were able to do everything they needed without escalation.

To be fair, I always had the impression Easyjet were not complained about that much and had a reasonably good reputation nowadays.0
