Parking Charge Notice - Barnet Hospital
Alkz
Hello,
Please could someone help.
I have been issues a parking charge notice. It has been correctly issued, i.e. I remember not paying the for a parking ticket.
However I wondered if I had any ground not pay, given that its not a penalty charge notice.
This is a bit cheeky of me as I feel that I should just pay the charge, given it was my fault. But if I could save £60 then that would be great.

I am not seeing an out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
