Looking for some advice.
Three weeks ago I arrived at a park Dean Holidays Park only to find the accommodation infested with ants. On walls ceiling the works. No alternative accommodation was available so we had to stay with friends who lived about 10 miles away.
I was promised a full refund in 3-5 days. I've still not received any thing. I've tried phoning customer services which is a nightmare, and doing an online chat. Both times told its on the system waiting to be finalised.
I'm now very fed up with them to put it mildly, as they were quick enough to take my money!
How do I escalate this?

Have you tried social media - Twitter, Facebook. Instagram etc? You could also look at linkedin.0

Make a written complaint about the time it is taking.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0
