I'm sure the question has been asked already, but couldn't find after searching.
What is today the "best" platform to buy £ bonds (gilts and corporate) ? For cost & quality of execution, cost of custody.

HL have a wider selection than many, cost will depend upon the type of account etc0

I've used II for many years and have recently bought gilts. The whole process was as easy as buying shares/ETFs/funds. More info here:
