Old copper pipe from bathroom to outside, any ideas?

    It would help make sense of things if the supply pipe came up into an outside toilet first, then ran as 1/2" (15mm) copper into the house.

    Is the pipe running along the buried wall (heading from the bottom-left corner of the picture) also copper, or is it small-bore lead?
