Car keyed by idiot - How to fix?

Hi all

Some idiot keyed my car. It's a low value car worth around £1500.

I want to sell the car. How can I reduce the scratches before I sell? Should I try T-Cut or I have some touch up paint I could use that?

Halfords will have a colour match pen, so I'd give that a go. It won't look perfect up close, but if the cars only worth £1500 it shouldn't put off any buyers.

Thanks for your reply yes I'm not looking for perfect.   Better will do.  I hope due to the age of the car it won't have much if any impact on value.

T c u t will deal with small scratches so it is worth trying that first

I don't know if you can still get that coloured car polish that comes with a 'lipstick' of the same colour. I have used that as a temporary fix but only works on common colours
