Heathrow Drop Off Charge

I dropped my son off at Heathrow on Saturday and on the way back I got stuck in heavy traffic and was late for work. With all the hassle I forgot to pay the fee. I have diagnosed ADHD so am completely forgetful and unorganised at the best of times. I think there being no alternative way to pay apart from online and only a 3 day window is a bit harsh
