How to get Gas Proxy Firmware on my Communication Hub updated?

I'd like to use Hildebrand/Glowmarkt to monitor my energy usage. but have been told by them that they can't access my gas meter because the Gas Proxy Firmware on my Communication Hub needs to be updated to version 220A0000. I've contacted my energy supplier (Octopus) but apparently this is not something that they can arrange.
Does anyone know how I can arrange to get this done?
My gas meter is a Landis 6yr, and there's a Trilliant box next to my electricity meter which has a model number of SEAP-2000-V.

All communications hubs are the responsibility of The Data Communications Company (DCC). The DCC is not customer-facing. I fear that you may just have to wait.
