Hi,
My wife and I were customers with the Bank of Ireland during the financial crisis of 2008 onwards, we had a tracker mortgage with the bank until we received a letter from them telling us they were selling the mortgage to another company, we had about six weeks to act on this. I understand this practice became subject of an enquiry and the bank was fined a lot of money and customers received compensation. Can anyone advise me on what action I might take regarding this matter?
Thanks

If you have a complaint re the mortgage, you send it to BoI.
However, you would have received redress at the time if you were impacted. It was to do with over charging, not selling book.0 -
Okay, thanks for the info,I'll make contact with the bank and see what they say.0
