Hello!
A customer of mine is requesting a refund for work I have partially completed. I have been messed around by this customer too many times, and I don’t have the time nor the emotional capacity in dealing with her. I have offered £40 refund for woodwork the length of my arm. This woodwork wasn’t attached nor on site so I was unable to complete even though she said it was attached, just so I would return to do other woodwork (completed)
she’s asking for £250 refund out of £900, this included kitchen, utility and 3 wall repairs.

What should I do?

Really need more information, have you been paid and what is left outstanding?
Do you have public liability insurance? There is a usually a legal helpline.Maybe, just once, someone will call me 'Sir' without adding, 'You're making a scene.'0
