I bought a high-backed swivel chair from Staples about 18 months ago and one of the arms split on it. I returned the arm to Staples asking if they could get me a replacement arm.
Unfortunately the arm was no longer available so they told me to bring the chair back to them and they would replace it with a new chair from their existing range.
