Full and final settlement

Hi. Pls I need some advice on writing a full and final settlement to my creditors for my creditcards. Debt is about £40k across 4 companies and I want to offer about 70% settlement figure. Is there a template here I can use?

Debt-free wannabe board here is a better place to ask.
I think it makes sense to offer this only after you defaulted on your debt, and not recently. Otherwise it's wasting your and their time.0 -
