Water and PSR
Hi, my parents were put on the Priority Service Register after a call from SES Water in May and have now been asked to prove their income by the end of June! Is there a limit to what you should have coming in to use this service? They want them to send in bank details!
Thanks

If you look at the SESWater website, I think that they are referring to this scheme:
Water Support Scheme
What is it?
A 50 per cent bill reduction that is funded through adding £6 to other customers’ annual bills.Who is eligible?
You could be eligible for this scheme if your yearly gross household income is:- Less than £17,005 before any deductions, if you do not live in a London borough; or
- Less than £21,749 before any deductions, if you do live in a London borough
Disablement benefits are not included as income.
I very much doubt that being on the PSR is in anyway linked to the Water Support Scheme. Why not give them a call?0 -
Ok thank you0
