PB Prize List and Preston Postcodes

Does anyone know how I find out which Postcodes are taken as 'Preston' when looking at the monthly list of Premium Bond Prize Winners?
I never know whether I am looking for Preston winners or Lancashire winners as I have a Preston Postcode but it is way outside Preston City Centre.
There doesn't seem to be anything readily findable on the NS&I website.
