I have got my sar ready to send to them but there doesn’t seem to be any info for who to email. I imagine they do that on purpose. Does anyone have an email for them?0

No but the NEWBIES thread already says how to find it!
Remove all the stuff about signs that you've added to the template defence (what you added was stuff from a long POPLA appeal).
You also added a huge chunk about Vine but that's already stated much more concisely in the Template Defence.
I can't see what else you've added but it's nit needed. Just your facts in para 3.
Not sure why you've removed part of para one of the Template - can you remind us if there was a reason not to say they are mere 'agents'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think that must have got deleted by accident when I copied and pasted some other info. Thanks for the advice so far I was scouring the forums and found the stuff about the vine so thought it was sensible to add it in, but I will just use the template defence now I think. This is really confusing to me. I’ll have another edit a bit later tonight and post it back.0

The point of the Template Defence is you really do not have to go digging for or think of adding arguments & cases.
You just put your facts, as the thread explains.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have now used the template defence with just my bits added in suppose I should send that off now. Thanks for the help0

Make sure you send it to the correct court if this is a defence after set-aside, in which case it doesn't go to CCBC.1

Just had my SAR response from OPS
(ticket1) was issued 24/06/2022 as the vehicle was parked on site and did not display a valid permit to do so. A parking charge notice was affixed to the windscreen at the time of the contravention. No payment or appeal was made. Keeper details were then requested from the DLVA 25/07/2022 and these were received 26/07/2022. A notice to keeper was then sent in the post 27/07/2022 to the address received from the DVLA. Still no payment or appeal was received so the parking charge progressed to ZZPS for debt recovery 31/08/2022. The parking charge remains with ZZPS.
(ticket2) was issued 28/06/2022 as the vehicle was parked on site and failed to display a valid permit to do so. A parking charge notice was affixed to the windscreen at the time of the contravention. No payment or appeal was made. Keeper details were requested from the DVLA 27/07/2022 and were then received 28/07/2022. A notice to keeper was then sent in the post 29/07/2022 to the address received from the DVLA. Still no payment was made so the parking charge progressed to ZZPS for debt recovery 02/09/2022. The parking charge remains with ZZPS.

@Coupon-mad does this mean the solicitor has no standing to sue because it’s ZZPS?0
-
ZZPS are debt collectors, the solicitor, from up-thread, is QDR Solicitors.1
