Which bit about this advice did you miss? It's all you need to write and this will disappear:Dear NCP,
As the Registered Keeper (RK) of vehicle registration AB12CDE I am writing to advise you that you need to pursue the driver and I am under no obligation to let you know who that was on the day concerned. You know perfectly well that Gatwick Airport Drop-Off Zone is not relevant land for the purposes of PoFA 2012 and therefore you cannot hold me, as the RK liable for your charge.
Please cancel this PCN and save us both time and money or issue me with a POPLA code where it will be quashed.1 -
NCP though, not NPC!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Are NCP no longer setting the discount at £15?
(don't ask me how I know 🙈) for unloading 2 people and 2 cases.
I would usually challenge, was a genuine mistake that I only realised after 10days when I was picking wifey back up.
Just didn't have the fight in me at the time to challenge 😩0 -
