Emma matttress

Bought wrong size Emma mattress.vaccume packed so arrived in a box. Wrong size on opening. Have enquired for refund or exchange about 20 messages back and forth to Emma. They want me to cut all the tags off the mattress then they MAY exchange it. They are very hard to deal with despite me sending numerous photos and complying with their requests . I am being taken round in circles and would not trust them to give me a refund especially if I cut the tags off the actual mattress as they requested.

Your mistake in ordering, or their mistake delivering the wrong size?

Online order or did you go into a store?

They don't collect them themselves, they have local charity partners that take them and use or sell them as second hand.

They want the tags removed so it cannot be sold as "new".
