Saga Magazine- Disgusted!

So, I buy a lifetime subscription to Saga Magazine in 2002 for a sum that I don’t remember ( It seemed a lot at the time) now they tell me that I can only continue to have a physical copy posted to my home if I pay them £29.95 per year. Otherwise I just get a digital copy. Digital doesn’t work for my wife due to sight problems. After 4 emails they are basically saying tough,We won’t budge. I thought lifetime meant lifetime. Obviously not to Saga. Seem happy to change in their favour. My only choice is not to have any Sage products in future.
What do you think?
