Faulty New car.

I purchased a new Citoen C5 AIRCROSS petrol 1.2 auto in January. For the first 4 months the car ran perfectly and met my needs transporting my 3 grandchildren to various locations.Since then the engine has (1) stopped on the road, taking 15 minutes to get it re-started (2) developed an engine alarm with the RAC identified as a Lambda sensor fault (3) subsequrntly the engine went into limp mode when driving on a duel carriage way. The local dealership service department refused to even look at the car on the 2nd. occasion as the RAC had cleared the alarm. The car has now been with the dealership for approaching 3 weeks with little on no progress being made in rectifying the issue. Do I have grounds to reject this car if and when I eventually get it back from the dealership?
