Can an electricity supplier increase the standing charge whilst in a fixed contract?

We are mid way through a 60 month contract with Drax for electricity, in the contract the standing charge is shown as £38.53 per month. However this has recently been increased to £878.04 per month!

I assume this is a business contract at those prices? Consult your Ts & Cs.0

Might have something to do with this. If a pass through charge increases, then the supplier can pass it on.
