    You've already said you can't get to the solicitor's office and there are plenty of other options as outlined above. Why not instruct your solicitor accordingly? They can't insist that you collect a documenting person if that's not an option for you.
    Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

    We had moved house and asked the solicitors to send our wills on to us by special delivery. We are just remaking our wills and the previous ones will be destroyed.
