    Not true, this is the sixth increase in a row where the number of prizes has been no worse than before, as measured by the chances of winning one, which were 34,500 to 1 prior to the start of that run and 24,000 to 1 throughout the most recent five.

    The fact that there'll be 0.14% fewer bonds in the July draw and a corresponding 0.14% fewer prizes is of no significance....
