My Surface Pro is so slow

I have a Surface Pro 6 
i5 8520 @1.6 GHz 1.8GHz
8GB RAM with a half used 116GB SSD. 

Running Windows 11 home 22H2

It’s just painfully slow at everything always has been, only want to open email surf the web bit streaming etc. 

Is it just not man enough? What can I do to speed it up? Internet speed tonight it’s reporting 21mbs down and 28 up.

if you think it was faster when you first got it then one thing you can do is reset Windows back to fresh install

you will lose all your apps and data but as long as you have backups of these you can re install them

Try the following first give it a normal restart first these windows tablet like machines still need restarts it could be its never been restarted and has outstanding updates in the background. This is a fairly decent spec.  You could need some additional bloatware uninstalling to help performance. let me know any questions happy to advise.
