Gotta say I'd give this one a miss and keep waiting and looking.
Some space that's the size of a car does not equal parking, in my book. A proper parking space is worth it's money.Shout out to people who don't know what the opposite of in is.2 -
What I'm getting from OP is a "Yeah, but...". Close but not close enough to take a punt on, otherwise you would have already.
Like others have said, keep looking and this house will be all but a memory in no time.Nothing is foolproof to a talented fool.1 -
Thanks everyone I have pulled out and starting my search again. It was the right decision and I just need to remind myself!At least I’m still saving and adding to my deposit! Keeping my fingers crossed that something great comes up!7
