GREEN JINN ‘Spaghetti Western’ or just playing at being ‘COWBOYS’?

Hi,
Please can you help?
I have neurological and physical disabilities after having a stroke a few years ago then through the whole of 2019 I had to go through harsh cancer treatment chemo and radiotherapy for prostate cancer, not put this for sympathy but asking for a little patience and understanding if possible.
Unfortunately I’m now left struggling, but I’m alive!
I apologise in advance if there are any errors within my post, I try to do my best.
I’m looking for hopefully some helpful advice (as I’m struggling to find any on the web) to find out about the GREEN JINN set up.
I have their app. recently on seeing an offer advertised and promoted I followed the usual process (making sure it was the correct item and retailer) providing proof and evidence of purchase. I deliberately only got this purchase because it was promised a full refund of £2. However I’ve been chasing the company up for well over a week now, they are not responding or resolving and I’m completely fed up with the situation.
It has made me feel Ill, anxious, stressed and frustrated, it has also made me lose trust in these sort of companies.
Please can you help?

Surely they must have or be answerable to an ombudsman or the like as they are clearly making money from the producers of whom the items have been purchased on to then be able to pay people like myself?
I’m aware that most companies that deal with monetary transactions are governed by the FOS.
GREEN JINN are trading in Europe and the U.K. so surely there should be a legally binding obligation when I meet their criteria yet don’t get what is owed due to their failings?
Anyway I’m very tired now.
I apologise if I have waffled on, but this sort of thing has a massive impact on my well being.
Kindest regards,
Stumps62

Considering all you've been through, you're not helping yourself by getting so worked up over £2. Not saying you shouldn't pursue a refund if that is what you are due, but making yourself ill over it isn't the way to go.3

Hey Stumps. It isn't a great experience that you've had. Believe me, I get upset about the same issues you do re principles and things being unjust.
I think in this instance, though, it is something that - for your own wellbeing- you need to accept and let go. They may also need time to respond. Often cashback sites take a lot of time to record your purchase, because it has to be verified. I use cashback sites a lot and it can take several weeks, or months, to register.
If it is too difficult, then I suggest fon't use the company again, and do feel relieved that you've only "lost" a small amount of money.

Post a factual and critical review and satisfy yourself that you've perhaps helped someone else avoid trouble. Your post here will perhaps help someone, in any case.
Chasing principles can turn out to be fiscally and mentally draining. It sounds like you have enough to deal with.3 -
De minimis - too trivial or minor to merit consideration, especially in law.
Forget about it. Move on. If it comes through at a later date, fantastic - nice surprise, but don't waste effort and energy on it now.0 -
As others have said, move on. Please. please do not stress yourself over £2, it is not worth itIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
