So can I just confirm that sending a SAR to the parking company’s DPO should be my next course of action?0

You can submit a SAR at any time, so now is fine, but your next formal course of action is to respond robustly to the LBC (if you haven't already done so). If you want to have a time delay added for preparation of your defence and evidence, respond near to the LBC deadline, then require the claimant to place any action on hold for a minimum of 30 days (as per the PAP) to allow you, whilst deny any debt, to take debt advice (use those words).Razor96 said:So can I just confirm that sending a SAR to the parking company’s DPO should be my next course of action? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How would I respond robustly to the LBC. The second post in the NEWBIES thread says not to fill out the reply forms which come with the LBC.Umkomaas said:

So I should actually use the reply forms to document my defence (contrary to what the second post on the newbies thread says), but just not fill out the financial statement?Razor96 said:

How do I respond to the LBC when the NEWBIES thread says not to fill in the reply forms? Please? I’m very stressed over this.0

Of course you do not use their forms. You email a SAR to the PPC and email the 30 day debt hold notice to their solicitorThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2

Where did you get that idea from?Razor96 said:

Thank you, SAR already emailed to the PPC. As for the 30 day debt hold notice, I already have all of my evidence ready and would rather have a court hearing sooner rather than later IF it was to happen, so is it even worth stating I intend to get debt advice? Also there is no mention of who their solicitor is on the letter anyway.Trainerman said:Of course you do not use their forms. Thank you. It was because someone above recommended for me to respond robustly to the LBC. That’s why I was confused after reading the NEWBIES thread.KeithP said:
