Could anyone tell me, please? If you can download a copy of your ESA award letter from the DWP site (or anywhere else for that matter)? I require a copy as proof of income urgently.

Not for ESA.
Only way to call and request one. (expect to wait on hold for a while)

Unfortunately, you can't download it anywhere online. The only way to receive a copy is to ring them. Did you receive the uprating letter? You can use that as proof of income.

You can request a proof of entitlement letter online at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/request-your-personal-information-from-the-department-for-work-and-pensions and then clicking on the link for the benefit, which for ESA is https://secure.dwp.gov.uk/get-a-proof-of-benefit-letter/It usually takes about a week for a letter to arrive though there seems to be a delay at the moment (as is the case for every DWP benefit).
