Evri nightmare!

I bought an item from etsi in april, i returned it for a refund, but it got lost.I reported it missing, and had an email from "claire" from evri who said they were investigating and would get back to me in a few days.. they didnt,.,. i emailed them and got an email bounced back to me saying the email was no longer a valid email. I have since tried to re register this as lost, but now get a message that i ddid not report it in time and it is now too late!!

If it was returned using etsi's own return label/procedure, then it's for them to sort out.0

Who paid for the return? Did the seller send you a label, in which case its up to them to deal with Evri. Or did you pay Evri for the shipping?0

thanks guys.. the etsy seller was putting it on me.. she provided the label.. i have opened a paypal dispute now because she is being so difficultMany thanks to all who contribute on MSE0
