British Gas new app no historical usage ?
British gas have transfered me from an account old their old system to a new account on their new system ? In doing so they have lost my gas account only electric transfered and just looked on new app and no historical data on there !? I was approx £1000 in credit with them.Already informed them of loss of gas account but wheres my credit gone ?? Will be back on chat tomorrow AGAIN anyone else had issue with transfer of accounts onto new system recently ?

BG tell me they are NOT going to transfer historic data to the new app. That's annoying and disgraceful.
