British Gas new app no historical usage ?

British gas have transfered me from an account old their old system to a new account on their new system ? In doing so they have lost my gas account only electric transfered and just looked on new app and no historical data on there !? I was approx £1000 in credit with them.Already informed them of loss of gas account but wheres my credit gone ?? Will be back on chat tomorrow AGAIN anyone else had issue with transfer of accounts onto new system recently ?

Lots of people have had delays in both accounts or credits/debits being transfered over. The easiest thing as you have already raised it is leave them a couple of weeks to get it sorted, you will be wasting everyone's time if you go "back on chat tomorrow AGAIN". If it is not resolved in a couple of weeks then raise a complaint and deal with it that way.

BG tell me they are NOT going to transfer historic data to the new app. That's annoying and disgraceful.
