A quick search for "wet pour rubber diy kit" turns up this - https://www.evolutionrubberproducts.com/diy-kits - Expensive, and not a simple thing to install well. Your ground preparation is going to be key to a long lasting surface.Looks like there are quite a few other suppliers out there. So certainly worth shopping around.
