Octopus fixed tariff coming to an end
My fixed tariff is coming to and and I was paying by direct debit £71 a month and in credit. Now I will be paying £118 when the fixed tariff ends. Electricity daily charge 42.01 and 30.72 kwh. Gas daily 27.47 and 7.40 unit on flexible octopus. Estimate usuage annually electricity 1849 and gas 8039. Shall I look for a switch? Or there are better tariffs with Octopus rather than the flexible I will be transferred to soon. Thanks

Go onto your online account & see what other tariffs are available. It’s unlikely there will be anymore lower fixes but if you have smart meters there maybe something else that is suitable. Do a bit of your own research0

Like I said there is unlikely to be any fixes but you can see what smart tariffs are available on your online account, scroll down a bit on the home page & there is a box which is for smart tariffs which gives the ones they havebristolleedsfan said:
Octopus have for some time not had a change tariff option within online account, currently they do not offer any other standard tariffs, no other tariffs are shown via online account.Mobtr said:Go onto your online account & see what other tariffs are available. They have a range of smart tariffs which can be found via external quote page as well as individual product pages.0 -
I realised after I posted hence deleted post, no mention of Octopus Tracker tariff within smart tariffs section within online dashboard and no tariffs specifically shown as available on online dashboard page.Mobtr said:

Think there’s a 6 month waiting list for tracker so possibly no longer advertised0

Octopus Tracker has never been advertised/specifically offered to existing customers prior to recent mentions on social media and in media. ( being listed on a general all tariff list not connected to online account is not the same as advertising/ specifically offering to existing customers)Mobtr said:Think there’s a 6 month waiting list for tracker so possibly no longer advertised0 -
I believe that there are still some places available on the 1st July wait list. You can join it here.
